Lighting description

Morning to early afternoon is when the front room is the brightest. The window blinds can be opened for full natural light in the front room or closed to reduce natural light. The back conference room stays the same most of the day and can be adjusted for full natural light or none at all. Let us know what you plan to use the space for and we can have that adjusted for you prior to your booking.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

Neighbors are quiet most of the time except for certain team meetings. The street on the backside can get busy at times, but doesn't affect the space much!

Equipment loading description

Equipment can be loaded via the street or side of the parking lot. No ramp is required as the lot is wheelchair accessible.

No staging area available

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The Creative Director's office is off-limits.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

Outside catering is allowed. No smoking allowed on premises. No alcohol allowed on premises. Loud music is not permitted.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Security cameras and recording devices

There are two Ring cameras located in the office space that will be capturing video of the front and back of the space. This is for our security.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

After every guest completes their booking, we disinfect and clean the area that was in use. We take pride in providing a clean and professional looking space.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
