Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Before and after every event there is a staff member that goes through and cleans everything from the tables to the chairs and countertops etc.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

We have had Holiday Markets, and Award Ceremonies. You could have Cooking classes and Wine tastings, Business Seminary's, Brunches and Lunchins, wedding, and whatever else you can imagine here. We have 2 areas separated by a half wall with 4 round tables and chairs and 2 bar style tables and chairs. One area has tables and a full size kitchen with movable bar counter tops. The other side we have 3 different couch areas and a row of tables and chairs. All of which can be moved out or rearranged for your event. We have available to use white ceremony style chairs and 4 rectangle tables, more round tables, and speaker and microphone.

Lighting description

The whole commons area has a wrap around one whole side of windows. We have blinds but there are highlight windows as well. They could be covered by something or with paper or a curtain of some sort. The light is the brightest around 1 or 2 pm.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

We are right off a main Street so you can hear the traffic going by. It's pretty quiet inside of any other noise. You do however hear the heater kick on and off.
