Restaurant is disinfected daily with strict cleaning procedures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer

About the Space
Beautiful Mediterranean restaurant and bar. Recently remodeled. Perfect for photoshoots for cocktails, spirits and bartendering. Separate Bar area and 2 dining rooms (upper and lower level). Blue and white décor with natural rattan light fixtures and greenery. Moroccan inspired tile accents.

Lighting description
Front of the restaurant near the bar area has a full wall of windows. Not direct sunlight but full of natural light. The rest of the restaurant is relatively dark with only minimal natural lighting towards the back with 2 small windows. There are no curtains on the windows.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
On a one way quiet street. Not much traffic or street noise. Some noise from appliances but they can be unplugged upon request.

Equipment loading description
No loading zone but the restaurant is on the street level and does not require a ramp. It is a quiet street so one could temporarily park in the street to unload and then move the trucks.
Staging area is available
The upstairs dining room could be set up as a staging area. There are also 2 large bathrooms.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting
2 kitchen areas.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There are plenty of electrical outlets but extension cords would probably be required.

Insurance Requirements: Vendor shall be covered by insurance obtained and maintained at
Vendor’s sole cost and expense in amounts not less than the following:
a. Workers’ Compensation: Coverage provided shall comply with the laws and
regulations of the state of California. Statutory Amount; Employer’s Liability - $1,000,000.
b. Commercial General Liability: Bodily injury/property damage – per occurrence limit
of not less than $1,000,000.00 with aggregate limit of not less than $2,000,000.00. Aggregate
limits shall apply per project.
c. Automobile Liability: Bodily injury/property damage - combined single limit of not
less than $1,000,000.00 per occurrence.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
Tables and chairs can be moved inside the space or put outside in the back of the restaurant. Wall decorations with the exception of the large mirror and neon lights can be removed as long as they are put back in the same place with no damage.

Security Cameras in restaurant will be on during rental
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
