Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We thoroughly clean between each party. We take special consideration for high touch areas.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Our space is a 1100 sq ft bungalow style home that features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Our home boasts a huge fenced in back yard that is great for small intimate events such as baby showers, children birthday parties, and family BBQ's. Small weddings would also be a great fit for our property. There is a full kitchen available to prepare meals for your event. Tables, Chairs, and tents can be provided for additional fees. Please inquire before your next event.

There is free parking in the driveway with enough space for (4) cars. Street parking is available as well free of charge.

General Rules

•Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY •Outside catering is allowed •Alcohol is allowed for ages 21 and up to ensure responsible drinking •Any damages and/or broken items will be the responsibility of primary renter

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras for security are in the front and back yards.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
