━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ Spacious 2-Storey Queen West live/work loft, thoughtfully curated to include a selection of authentic vintage furniture, lighting, and immersive temporary art installations by our in-house artist. As a full time dedicated studio space, our loft includes an assortment of unique zones, including an elegantly designed living / lounge space, an indoor cactus garden, a fully functional kitchen / dining area, a blank, 9ft Paper backdrop ready wall (included), a second floor rooftop patio, an open concept private washroom, and finally, site specific temporary art installations, changing throughout the year. We have designed our space to suit the needs of people and brands like us - Creators, Artists, Photographers and Entrepreneurs of all sorts - offering a perfect flexible environment for a variety of shooting styles, projects, and content creation. With a completely private 1800sq ft studio, at-grade easy access entrance, smart studio capabilities including surround sound by Google Nest Audio, and an completely adjustable array of vintage furniture, props and lighting, we've made sure that our clients are at home at Post Creative. While these items are included in the rental, we do have specialty items (including several iconic vintage chairs, large sets of seating, and other available specialty add-ons) available to add onto your booking. • Add-On 1: A Queen size platform bed fitted with white/cream sheets, pillows and blankets is able to be requested for your session, installed on the Main Floor or 2nd Floor (Installation area) at an additional cost ($100). • Add-On 2: Enjoy a morning brunch, mid-day snack or an evening date, surrounded by pillows, candles, blankets and music - and of course refreshments and snacks. This setup includes 2 bottles of sparling/citrus juices, a selection of light to dark roast coffee, fresh fruit subject to seasonal availability, and local freshly baked bread with a side of olive oil + balsamic vinegar, all arranged around a custom low table top and pillow filled seating area. Clients are encouraged to bring additional ingredients. treats and refreshments to compliment our selection, and are welcome to use the fully functioning kitchen on the main floor of the studio. This add on is $75, message us directly if interested. • Lighting in the studio is considered mainly soft lighting, with a few hours of direct, diffused light (frosted windows) during the day. We are south facing, and lighting varies based on time of day, year, season, weather, etc. We have found that the 2nd Floor (Installation area) gets sunlight mid-morning - mid-afternoon, while the main floor gets sunlight from late morning through to the mid afternoon. Please feel free to ask any questions regarding lighting. • Studio Bookings available only between 7am-11pm. Multi Day bookings are accepted in the knowledge that the use of the space remains within this time window. • Minimum 2 Hour booking available, with discounts starting at 8 hours. • The space is Wifi equipped, with included Google Nest Audio Surround Sound. • The space does not have air conditioning, but does have operable windows and fans throughout the studio. • This is a hard loft, and while we have undergone renovations to the space, it is still a 120 year old building, and is subject to imperfections. • Street parking (free and paid) as well as a Green P lot are in a very walkable distance from our studio. Please see the "Parking" section for more information. • Local amenities and restaurants include Guu Izakaya (Japanese Fare), Grande Electric (Mexican Fare) and Sam James Coffee Bar (Coffee + Bakery). • Our main entrance is at grade, with 3 stairs up directly into the unit, and within an alley accessible by vehicle (car, truck and small cube van). Load-in / Load-out is possible, however must be done quickly (Under 5 minutes) as this is a publicly used one way access for other businesses and residents. Our unit is located 2 buildings away from the closest street parking (30-40 meters). ━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ ━━ COVID-19: • The safety of you, our staff, and all of our clients are important to us. At this time, we have a 1 hour period in between bookings for cleaning, sanitization, and airing out the space if needed. • Masks, Gloves, Sanitizer, soap and any additional materials can be provided and included with your booking. • Unfortunately, we are not accepting cancelations related to Covid, unless government mandated.
