This property will offer you a peaceful space to enjoy an event with friends & loved ones. The backyard is a lush oasis with two massive banyan trees (one in the middle of the yard) and many tropical palm trees throughout the backyard. The grassy area is perfect to set up folding chairs for a ceremony or to host a reception with long or round tables. Additionally, there is a large brick patio that could be a nice area for a cocktail hour and a Florida room that has a table for 8 people, large couch and a separate seating area. The large backyard looks out to a wide part of the new river where the occasional mega yacht will pass by. Should the docks be available you could even pull up a 100ft yacht to board and take you on an excursion.
