About the Space

Located on the west side of the New River, the Oeste Inn (i.e West in Spanish) offers beautiful lush grounds, 200ft of waterfront, and a newly renovated main house. This property will offer you a peaceful space to enjoy an event with friends & loved ones. The backyard is a lush oasis with two massive banyan trees (one in the middle of the yard) and many tropical palm trees throughout the backyard. The grassy area is perfect to set up folding chairs for a ceremony or to host a reception with long or round tables. Additionally, there is a large brick patio that could be a nice area for a cocktail hour and a Florida room that has a table for 8 people, large couch and a separate seating area. The large backyard looks out to a wide part of the new river where the occasional mega yacht will pass by. Should the docks be available you could even pull up a 100ft yacht to board and take you on an excursion. Whether you are catering (w/access to the full kitchen) OR you decide to have food trucks, the front yard has a large circular driveway. This would be perfect for them to be parked there in additional to car parking.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Yes, I would book again.

The house was great, bright and airy! We shot video and photos in the common spaces of the house and were able to use the other rooms for staging talent in between scenes. The bright open layout worked great for our production. I did not get to meet the hosts but they were helpful and responsive. We wouldn't hesitate to book this space again! Thanks you!
