About the Space
Office space used for meetings and as podcast recording studio. Has also been used as pop-up shop, meet & greet space, photography space and other small gatherings. Includes use of restroom, 3 USB microphones, 1 55" TV screen, 2 LED ring lights, 2 office chairs, 2 guest chairs and 3 extra (off-camera guest) chairs. All furniture can be removed leaving empty space for pop-up events. (Use of restroom not included in pop-up events/meet & greets.)

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Very cozy low-key studio. Perfect for filming some beat making YouTube videos that I did. There was bottled water, hand wipes, sanitizers, anything you need to make yourself feel comfortable and welcome at home. There was an HDMI cable to hook up my laptop to the TV which was great and made my workflow easy! Would definitely book again!
