Our beautiful "Pink Room" has an open concept, with over 1250 sq, you are able to decorate however you'd like. There is bay window seating with decorative pillows. There are also 2 green accent chairs with a platform (please no shoes on the platform). There is also a generously sized grass wall that you are able to decorate. You are able to bring your own food and drink into the space. There is a mini fridge and a microwave. There are 3 6x6 rectangle tables available. 20 folding chairs (with black cloth chair covers) included. if you need more, we do work with a rental place: additional tables $12 ea., additional chairs are $3 each. let us know 2-3 days prior to event and we will have them there VERY SPACIOUS ; great for DINNERS, BIRTHDAYS, BRIDAL PARTIES, KID/ADULT PARTIES. Our space also has a private back room, they can be used in many different ways for your event. For example, if you had an event but wanted to serve your food in different area, the food can be in the back area which is separated by a door, therefore, food doesn't interfere with your other function. The space was super clean! When walking in it smelled so good. All of the equipment that I needed was there. Although I rented additional rectangle tables there were two round ones, it threw off the table cloths I had but they ended up being perfect and made it work. It’s definitely a beautiful space and perfect for the event (bridal shower). Definitely would recommend. One recommendation is swapping out one of the rectangle tables, one of the 3 is a bit unstable so couldn’t really utilize it aside from putting like plates and napkins on it, feared it’s wouldn’t hold up. Besides that, great space!

Pros. Space was easy to find Host communication was great. I Book the space 2 days before with no trouble. Host provided Table and chairs My guest had no trouble parking. Price was affordable Cons Floor was disgusting. I had to ask someone to bring a mop One table was bent in Outlets in space did not work

This place is as amazing I booked it from Minnesota to come celebrate my 40th birthday with my family in chicago I had a blast no miscommunication everything went super the Host was super great responded very quickly to me and checked to make sure everything was ok it’s a great location with locked door for the privacy and safety of your guess it’s a amazing place and I will definitely book again when I come back to visit 😊😊😊
