Cute & Cozy Living Space

An adorable and comfortable living room perfect for a home photo shoot. The space is colorful yet neutral with eclectic accents. Minimal furniture, some of which can be rearranged to make space, if needed. There is also a modest kitchen that opens to the living room. Please note that the space is small. The whole apartment is only ~400 square feet which is why I limit groups to 6 people. I'm happy to schedule a site visit so that you can check out the place for yourself before booking. The apartment is on the fourth floor of a walk-up building in the Lenox Hill area of the UES. There is street parking as well as numerous paid garages close by. Please contact me if you are interested in specific dates as I'm not always good about keeping the calendar up to date. Availability varies based on my work schedule and dog care. I'm in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays so those are the easiest days for me to accommodate. I also have a small dog so the more notice I receive, the better the odds I can accept it so that I have time to sort his arrangements.
