- We must meet with you prior to booking so you can check out the space and to go over rules beforehand - no exceptions! - Smoking or use of vapes of any kind is strictly prohibited in any area, inside and outside. - If you break it or get it super dirty, you’re responsible for purchasing a replacement. - If anything is moved, be sure to return it to it's original place - leave the house exactly as you found it and clean any excessive mess. - The use of wires, tacks, nails and glue to hang decorations is strictly prohibited. All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. - Amplified music is allowed but must be kept to a reasonable volume to avoid disturbing neighbors. - Alcohol is allowed, but may not be served to minors. - At any time, if the host/owners deem alcohol consumption to be excessive, they have the authority to remove any and all alcohol from the premises and/or evict inebriated guests. - Hosts/owners reserve the right to evict guests if their behavior is deemed unruly. - There is 24/7 recording of all indoor and outdoor space with the exception of the bathroom space. - No glitter, rice, confetti, or flower petals may be used indoors or outdoors. - No sparklers, open flames or candles of any kind are permitted without explicit approval by hosts/ owners. - Rental does not include the bedroom and office/guestroom space. - Placements of tables, tents, and other items must be approved by hosts/owners no later than ONE week before the event. - Examples of the types of events this space is available for include baby showers, bridal showers, gender reveal parties, etc. This is not a space to get wild - we will screen for this. - Host/ owners reserve the right to be present for the duration of the rental, to have full knowledge of the details of the rental, and to have full knowledge of any materials within the space that will be used in addition to materials that will be brought into the space. Yes, we do live here, and we want to keep our home as nice as it is.
