About the Space

Welcome to my home which has ample space both indoor and on the roof deck for small to medium sized productions. The roof deck features stunning views of San Francisco and Golden Gate Bridge. There is a large couch and open space for all kinds of shoots. The deck has glass panelling which significantly reduces wind exposure. Inside the home we have a modern kitchen and new furniture that make a great backdrop for indoor shoots. We have plenty of outlets and good voltage. For those that need to drive we have a street spot directly in front of the garage that makes for easy loading/unloading of your equipment. There is also a bedroom and bathroom for changing and makeup. We're conveniently located near Hyde and Polk streets so there are plenty of coffee shops and cafés nearby. Offering a discounted hourly rate as the space has yet to be completely furnished.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Hand Sanitizer

Yes, I would book again.

Rony's space was a great spot for our small group offsite meeting. It is well lit and the separate spaces to sit at a table, or view the presentation screen worked well for our purposes. The rooftop deck was a great bonus, and is the perfect spot to take a break.

Rony’s place was great for our day meeting. We had 13 people in there comfortably. Rooftop is awesome and the main space is comfortable and functional. Rony was very hospitable and made sure we had all we needed before he headed out. A large tv with Apple TV and hdmi hookups is available, as well as a whiteboard. We also used Peerspace to take care of our catering which I highly recommend. We didn’t have to deal communicating with restaurants and delivery services...everything just showed up when it was supposed to! I highly recommend Peerspace and Rony’s place in particular.

This space was perfect for our group. The living room and the deck were perfect for breakout discussions. Our host was super accommodating and allowed us to start early and end a little late. Overall a fantastic venue!

Hosted an offsite work retreat here. Rony was communicative and flexible when we had a last-minute scheduling change. The space was beautifully lit and exactly as-advertised. Having multiple spaces to move between was nice and the whole atmosphere contributed to a positive and productive retreat. I hope I have an opportunity to book again!

Rony's space was perfect for our small team offsite. Very clean, spacious, and beautiful rooftop (great for a quick break out session or lunch)! Rony was super accommodating when we needed to extend our meeting to another 30 minutes. I would totally book this space again for another offsite :)

This space was awesome. It provided supplies (white board, markers, pens, post its, etc.), which other Peerspaces haven't done for us. It was very clean and bright, and the rooftop was so nice, with great views! Highly recommend.
