None of the bedrooms are included in the rental of the home.

We very much enjoy sharing our home for productions, however, we do require a few rules to protect our beautiful home: -Please be prepared with tennis balls for the bottom of stands to protect the floors. -Please do not place equipment on hard surfaces (dining table, kitchen counters) without a furniture pad or protection laid down first. -Camera tripods must have rubber feet. Tripods with exposed metal feet will not be allowed in the house without proper protection. -Please ask before adhering anything to walls - be prepared with paper or painters tape, no gaffers tape or duct tape on interior or exterior walls. -You may move furniture and objects, but please put back in original location. -If it requires using a tool to remove, or opening a cabinet or a drawer, please ask first. *For crews over 15, we do require a Portable Toilet be rented for a second bathroom (we can provide suggestions, typically less than $100/day) -No smoking on the property. -No animals allowed without prior approval. -Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. -No Personal Parties.
