About the Space

Freshly built craft beer bar in a historic building. When we got here, this place was an empty shell with some beautiful details - a slice of exposed brick wall, vintage wood plank floor and oversized windows letting the light flood in. We brought in a slab of reclaimed cypress for our bar top, added in 20 taps, shined up the floor and added other accoutrements to really make the place sing. Our beautiful bar hosts 18 seats (2 are ADA accessible); our window side community table has 8 seats with standing room for 8 more; we have 4 high tables with 4 seats each; and a café height nook in the back with seating for 4. All seats are removable for those that are looking for a more wide open space. We have 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ADA accessible.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors

Yes, I would book again.

We hosted an event for our nonprofit and Urban Craft Beer Bar. From booking to after the event, the staff was amazingly helpful to make sure our event went smoothly. The space itself is beautiful! The food was tasty and relatively inexpensive. Our guests had great things to say about the space. We also used the tv to present and it was a great size!

Yes, I would book again.

Awesome venue, wonderful staff, delicious food/drinks! The owner Erik was very accommodating and easy to work with. The space was perfect for our group of 40, and we loved having the space all to ourselves. I would definitely book a party here again.

Really great service, and on time. I reserved for my boyfriends 30’th birthday. Andrea was amazing with helping us decorate and with anything we needed and everyone had a great time! :)

Yes, I would book again.

Wow, this was the best booking I've done through Peerspace or any other platform. Jessie was quick to respond and super nice. Rose was our bartender for the night and she was SO FUN! The bar itself was the perfect space for my event - intimate but large enough for my group. The beers were delicious and everyone loved the food. The bar was also decorated for Halloween and a jazz band played through the night, making the perfect ambience for my event.

Jessie & Erik are the best, super humble and amazing hospitality on top of that the venue space is elegant. The space is so well put together I didn’t need to decorate. My event was a success and plan on booking again in the near future. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a classy time.

Great intimate space for a bridal shower. Host Jessie was super responsive and helpful during this entire process. Bartender during the event was really sweet and offered her assistance as well. Definitely recommend this space!
