This pace is cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before and after each guest.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Out studio is a *NEW* beautiful space for all your creative and entrepreneurial needs. This natural light filled space is ideal for the following bookings: -Photo and/or Video Shoots -Small classes -Professional events -Pop up shops and more... Our studio is placed in the historic Pioneer Square are of Seattle. Although this space comes furnished it can be rearranged and customized to make the space your own. In-Studio Features: -Backdrops: -White lace hangings -Floral hangings -Green, black and white muslin backdrops -Steamer for garments Four continuous lights: -2 umbrellas -2 boxes -Remote controlled LED light stick -King size blow up mattress for shoot options -15 folding chairs for events -Three 6 foot tables -Removable couch cover in olive (Can be removed to use bright pink couch or replace with a white and green striped cover) HOURLY + FULL DAY RATES AVAILABLE ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PLEASE READ: Be aware of your booking time. Setup and clean up must be completed within your booking period. We ask that you be considerate of our other bookings and leave our space how you found it with all furniture in its original location. There will be a fee for going over your scheduled booking time. This is also a shared building space with a walk up and no access to an elevator. Feel free to message me with any questions

Lighting description

Large windows let in a lot of natural daylight. Blinds accompany the window and can be used to block the light out of the space. The space will be at its brightest in the during the mid morning as the windows are east facing and let in morning sun.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The appliances in the space are quiet but there is ambient noise in the space. The studio is located in Pioneer Square across the street from Lumen Field. During game days there is likely to be lots of hustle and bustle on the streets that will be audible.

Equipment loading description

Equipment can be loading into the space by parking in the back of the building in between the studio and Lumen Field. There is no freight elevator so please be prepared to move items up a set of stairs to the second floor as needed.

No staging area available

All rooms are available for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

Useable outlets will be marked and visible for all renters. Locations are also provided in the guest book. Please be aware that this is located in a historic building that is about 120 years old.

Circuit breaker can not be accessed

General Rules

No Smoking or vaping No Glitter PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE WINDOWS Furniture may be moved but please put everything back in it's original place when booking is over. No holes or hanging things on the walls (Tape is okay)

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

If you need to move the furniture please contact us first so we can help with a plan. We are happy to help clear the space of items if needed. If items just need to be shifted to another location but remain in the space we simply ask that you return everything to its original position. Do not remove wall decorations. If you would like to cover them, but attach a covering to the wall.

Yes, I would book again.

This space was perfect! I was able to host my 30th birthday party here. I was able to transform the space and make it my own while keeping the beautiful plants and the lighting was perfect for photos. The location was right off the freeway and easy to get to, nobody had any issues. I plan to book this space again for a photo shoot, it’s very multifaceted.
