Gorgeous and spacious Gowanus, Brooklyn performance space with ten skylights and views of downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn. Amazing light at all hours. Dramatic, exposed iron rafters. Original industrial rose windows. Vibes for days. Feels like an industrial, attic church. 4000 total useable square feet. Kitchenette, two bathrooms, full HVAC, and lots of electric. An assortment of church pews, interesting chairs, stools, tables, rugs, mirrors, and knick knacks. A grand piano. The space is well suited to events, performances, photo/film, fashion, meetings, and gatherings of all types.
