If you have dreamed of an outdoor wedding set against a stunning background, then we have the ideal location for you! With a breath-taking view of the river, the outdoor amphitheater creates the perfect backdrop for any reception, presentation, or performance. The Amphitheatre's built in seating in front of the river provides a wonderful view from any angle.

Parking description
Daily tenant/guest valet parking service is available at a daily rate of $40 per vehicle paid by credit card only Monday-Friday: 6AM-5:30PM.
Valet attendant is required for events utilizing the parking garage with 40 or more vehicles at $50/hour.
General Rules
- Prior to arrival onsite, The Vendor agrees to provide a current and updated Certificate of Insurance (COI) with all the met building requirements.

Health and Safety Measures
All events held at 150 N Riverside will require turnaround time to allow for proper sanitation practices and cleaning. After event spaces have been fully sanitized, doors will be opened for event.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
