Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We thoroughly deep clean all high-touch areas and equipment daily and follow all current guidelines for masks and social distancing. We have had ZERO transmissions of COVID-19 within the gym.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable gloves

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
Space has additional space outdoors
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

This 2000 square foot functional fitness gym is located in Oakland's Funktown neighborhood. We have high, exposed beam ceilings, a variety of fitness equipment available for use, and a large outdoor area in front of the gym that could be used as well. We can accommodate photo shoots and events of many sizes, seven days a week.

General Rules

We ask that you respect our equipment and our neighbors, but honestly, we'd be surprised if you're tougher on our space than our athletes are! Have a great event!

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

We have four exterior and four interior security cameras that record video only. They can be disabled upon request.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
