COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

The space is cleaned in between bookings with a focus on cleaning high traffic areas like the doorknobs, remotes, light switches, kitchen, bathrooms. Linens and towels.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space

The condo/apartment has a great open floor plan for a small gathering or just for family time. Great layout to host a variety of events. I myself have hosted baby showers, gender reveals, and birthday parties. Small patio out back that can be used in the warmer months. 1 den/office space is provided (near the living room).

Parking available for 1 car in outside carport area in the backyard. Free street parking on Cortland Street.

General Rules

Smoking allowed on the front or back porch ONLY No more than 2 dogs allowed ( No cats allowed) If you are bringing pets/dogs please do not leave poop bags on the porches Laundry machine and dryer are available in the basement (Watch your step and your head upon entering) Please leave the washer door open (to prevent mold) and empty out the linen catcher from the dryer.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Cameras that record audio and video near main front door and back yard.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
