Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Prior to arrival, the space is disinfected and sanitized. Sanitizer, masks and disinfecting wipes are available upon entry.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

About the Space

The Treehouse Creative Loft is a 1100 square ft industrial style creative loft in Atlanta. Our flexible space has been customized for photo/video shoots, rehearsals, castings, cooking shows, podcasting, etc The highlights of The Treehouse are: Great environment and energy for intimate and swanky events Blank canvas to add your style Plant life aesthetics create the perfect intimate, clean and natural backdrop for events Lights can be adjusted and are fully functional to create and set the desired mood In addition to the different locations through out the space, there are multiple backdrops available for photo and video shooting. There is a Bohemian styled patio for added experiences

Parking description

There is one assigned parking spot for this space directly in front of main door; & an additional guest spot directly next to the dumpster. Plenty of street parking available. Please do not park in any other assigned spaces as you will be subject to towing.

General Rules

No smoking in building. Outside food and drink is allowed. No parking in the parking lot in front of the building. Space must be returned back to its original state.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There is a security camera directly at the front of door.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
