Surrounded by 1,200 acres of an untouched forest of Joshua Trees, and set within an over ten acre estate, this magnificent newly luxuriously appointed home boasts views from every angle of ancient, magical trees and boundless mountain ranges. It’s an off-grid, private oasis with everything you desire. Make yourself at home enjoying a private hike, serene sunrise & sunset views, magnificent views of the Milky Way, a swim in the heated pool or a dip in the jacuzzi. There are multiple outdoor living areas including a private 3,000 square foot deck, two covered patios with outdoor dining, and amenities such as a hot tub, pool, and wood burning fire pit. The hot tub is always warm and available for your use. Please note that the pool and hot tub are at deck/house level and not gated. The hot tub cover should be kept on at all times when not in use and children should be watched diligently outside at all times. The propane grill is ready to go. Beds and Baths Cloud Canyon Ranch comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests with 4 bedrooms and extra sleep spaces. The primary bedroom features a King bed, a walk-in closet, a brand new large flat screen Roku TV, a bluetooth connectible sound bar, a daybed with a trundle for extra dreamers, a giant almost wall-length mirror, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks, private toilet, hair-dryer, tub with bath soaps and salts, and a brand new oversized master shower with two rain shower-heads that can be operated simultaneously. You’ll wake to see a gorgeous sunrise through a floor-to-ceiling glass French sliding-door that opens to a 3,000 sq foot deck with a pool and jacuzzi. The second bedroom is so serene with a Queen-size bed, gold accents, a full-length mirror, soothing decor, and a floor-to-ceiling glass sliding door that opens to the pool deck. Just outside is a cozy futon couch for stargazing. The third bedroom has a Queen-size bed, some ultra-cool Southwestern-meets-Bohemian decor with a leather chair and knitted bench. Its floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a private shared-balcony with its own Adirondack chairs and breathtaking Sunset views. The fourth bedroom has two Twin-size beds and boasts a more beachy-Bohemian decor with lighter colors. Its floor to ceiling glass doors open to a private shared-balcony with its own Adirondack chairs and some of the most beautiful Sunset views in the world. A second bathroom is nestled comfortably between the three bedrooms and boasts a brand new, beautiful shower with a large rain shower-head. Both bathrooms are equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. All four rooms have dimmable lighting, brand new ceiling fans, closets with hangers and shelves, extra blankets for colder nights, and double-curtain rods with both blackout and light-filtering shades. Every room opens to its own deck with gorgeous views and dimmable lighting. An extra four dreamers will find our Japanese living-room doubles as a dreamy sleeping experience. You’ll open the cushions to lay flat, grab cozy fleece blankets nestled conveniently nearby, and fall into a uniquely enjoyable slumber. For groups over 14, we offer an air-mattress upon request. We are located in a very secluded, spacious area and thus only the bedrooms have window coverings. In addition, The Zen Den has light filtering curtains as it gets the most direct sun. Please note there is a neighborhood noise ordinance after 10pm. We love the neighborhood and our neighbors and ask that any guests in our home respect the rules of our area. This is not a party house, so please rethink booking if that’s the goal of your visit. Please also take the utmost care with our natural desert ecosystem of plants and wildlife. They are all incredibly important to the desert and a safe and respectable distance should be maintained with Cacti, Joshua Trees, and all animals. Guest access The entire property is available to all our guests except for the laundry room. Only groups staying 5+ nights will have access to the laundry room, including: washer and dryer, detergent, stain remover, drying rack, iron and ironing board, and basic cleaning products and a few paper products to start your stay. Parking There is ample space for parking on the property. We do ask that you let our pool, spa, and landscape maintenance team perform their work, which typically takes place on Mondays and Fridays. Only guests included on the reservation will be welcome on the property. Please communicate in advance about any visitors (day or overnight).
