Parking description

Our parking lot has 60 parking spaces, street parking on Fond Du Lac Ave and there is also a city owned parking lot directly across the street.

General Rules

No smoking, No Vaping, Outside Catering and Alcohol is allowed at this time (but please confirm with event host prior to booking your event), All events must be over by 10:30 pm, Cleaning fee is the responsibility of the person renting the space or you can rent our on staff claning service for an additional fee, All events after business hours require an on duty security service (we can provide one for you at an additional cost), Credit cards must be listed on contract prior to submission to cover any and/all possible damage done to the property.

Yes, we have cameras in all common areas throughout the interior space and all exterior entry areas.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures

We have an on-staff cleaning company that cleans the business twice daily morning and in the evening. We also offer cleaning products and supplies to our quest which provides confidence in cleaning when selecting a seat at our table.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
