About the Space
This west-facing naturally lit studio space is ideal for photoshoots, films, private gatherings, intimate dinners or unique parties. This unique space features 20-foot high ceilings and comes equipped with a full-size operating kitchen including oven, full-sized fridge and 8-foot butcherblock countertop island. The loft is located on the 2nd Floor of an Industrial Building in Toronto's Junction Triangle. The unit does not have elevator access. The space is perfect for: Intimate gatherings Private Parties Dinner Events Date Nights Proposals Baby Shower Bridal Party Wedding Rehearsal Dinners Workshops Team/client meetings Features: 2-Storey New York style hard loft 1400 sqft 20’ high ceiling Epson 1080p Projector 2 large windows (afternoon golden hour enters the space) In-suite washroom Full Kitchen 2nd Floor location (unfortunately our building does not have an elevator, stair access only) First come first serve parking lot and free street parking available Chairs for up to 18 people and 3 Sofas available within the space

This location was beautiful and would definitely recommend. We did a interview shoot and it was great. Lots of great natural light and the ambient sound was fine for our shoot. Ameel was great and easy to communicate with as well. Would book again.
