COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We hired a professional cleaning company to clean after every booking AND every 2 weeks.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

General Rules
• No shoes inside the home. We keep the house very clean so shoes won't be needed!
• No food or drinks in the bedroom. Bottled water is okay.
• Eating areas: Eating areas are the kitchen area, dining area, and our beautiful backyard. Please no food outside these areas since it's harder to find and clean.
• No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. Only registered guests will be allowed on property. We are flexible, so please tell us in advance. We don't need to know everyone's names. However, for your and my security, I need to know the number of guests/visitors entering the property. Violations will be fined $500.
• Please be respectful to the neighbors. We ask that you keep it down after 11 PM and before 7 AM. If complaints are received from the neighbors, the booking is subject to cancellation without refunds.
• Pets: No pets allowed
• Parking: Plenty of parking on the street or on driveway. Just be sure to not block other people' cars. Maximum 5 cars per booking. Let us know in advance if you need additional parking.
• No smoking anywhere inside and near the house. Violation will be fined $500.
• Laundry: Laundry can be done every two days.
• Garbage: Please throw your garbage in the trash can in the bathroom or the trash can next to the garage door.
• Make sure to turn off the lights, the stove, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the entrance door and keep the screen door unlocked at all times.
• Damages and breakages: If guests break or damage something at the property, they must inform the hosts immediately. The cost of the damage will be billed to guests and reported to Airbnb. Failure to report damage will results in a fine of up to $500.
• Compliance: Guests failing to adhere to your rules will results in penalties ($100 per violation unless stated otherwise) and/or immediate eviction.
• Please put the dishes to the dishwasher before you leave.
• All furniture and accessories must remain in location they are found in.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
