This 2000 square-foot floorplan penthouse has one of the largest and most open living spaces in the city. This property posts 12 foot ceilings a 40 foot long living area plenty of clearance for equipment, The balcony over 30 feet wide. Space includes a removable green screen for controlled shooting. This space includes statues, chandelier lamp, a grand piano, original artwork, and an open concept with movable furniture. This space is both pet friendly and adult friendly. This pent house includes Free use of 4 C-stands, 1 Fluid head Tripod, multiple types of A clamps, small rig clamps, and bits of helpful hardware for production, and a Green screen wall. Additional equipment is available for rent on a case by case basis (pending availability) which includes lighting equipment (lamps and light cutting) , cameras, lenses, sound and audio equipment, and props.
