About the Space

A SPACE FOR Intimate events, weddings, photoshoots, workshops, pop-ups, video production, workspace, and so much more. Studio set-up can be tailored to whatever your needs are. ***We usually do events until 1am. Anything after 1am is charged an after-hour rate of $400/hour. 4 hour minimum on weekends. Evening parties will require security at an additional cost. Food & drinks are allowed. For large parties with food & drinks, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will apply. If bringing in alcohol, you must apply for a SOP (Special Occasion Permit). WE HAVE 1500+ sq ft. of creative space. 12 ft ceilings. Large north & east facing windows, full of natural light. Mix of industrial, cozy, vintage, and funky vibes. Might sound like a weird mix but you gotta see it. Your booking includes full use of our studio including any designed sets, furniture, decor, backdrops, wifi, and plug-in speaker. FEATURES (all included) Couches & lounge chairs (diff styles) 15 mismatched wooden chairs 3 wooden tables (each 6 ft long) Rugs (diff styles) Many plants (real & fake) Lots of decor & props String lights for ~ambience~ AC in summer/heating in winter All decor & furniture can be moved around but please be careful, and move items back at the end of your booking. Our studio is constantly evolving so props & furniture may change from time to time. If there is a specific piece you require, please let us know before booking. ALSO INCLUDED Speedy Wifi Plug-in speaker (Bluetooth) Clothing rack with hangers AMENITIES Shared kitchenette & washrooms (in the building common area, right outside the studio)

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Yes, I would book again.

Beautiful space, pictures don't even do it enough justice. Natural lighting if your event is during the day, however staff provided tip that if we wanted to brighten up the space for an evening event, we could bring additional lighting. Bluetooth on site is also fantastic, no need to bring your own, great speaker quality.

This is my third time coming to this studio, and hands down the best for lighting, options for scenery and very good for warm tones. Would definitely book again for spring.

Excellent experience. The Host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Made the whole experience seamless from start to finish. Very stylish and spacious spot. Used it for a surprise wedding proposal and it turned out great! Please don't hesitate to book this studio. Can definitely be used for many different purposes.

We had a small, intimate wedding reception with about 60 guests. The place was perfect for what we were looking for and came exactly as advertised. Theresa was an amazing host and very accommodating. The guests loved the venue and we'd definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place for a similar type of event!

Yes, I would book again.

I hosted my late fiancé's memorial service at Junto Studio. The day was absolutely beautiful. Theresa was gracious, accommodating, and very professional. The space itself is very flexible. We set up rows of chairs and rented a podium for our speakers. The vintage furniture and thoughtful decor gives the space a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend this space for either personal or professional events.
