A SPACE FOR Intimate events, weddings, photoshoots, workshops, pop-ups, video production, workspace, and so much more. Studio set-up can be tailored to whatever your needs are. ***We usually do events until 1am. Anything after 1am is charged an after-hour rate of $400/hour. 4 hour minimum on weekends. Evening parties will require security at an additional cost. Food & drinks are allowed. For large parties with food & drinks, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will apply. If bringing in alcohol, you must apply for a SOP (Special Occasion Permit). WE HAVE 1500+ sq ft. of creative space. 12 ft ceilings. Large north & east facing windows, full of natural light. Mix of industrial, cozy, vintage, and funky vibes. Might sound like a weird mix but you gotta see it. Your booking includes full use of our studio including any designed sets, furniture, decor, backdrops, wifi, and plug-in speaker. Our studio is constantly evolving so props & furniture may change from time to time. If there is a specific piece you require, please let us know before booking.
