We have 3 big windows in front of the studio with a great view of the city. A great entrance for light, from 10 am to 4pm. It is a very illuminated studio. The studio always has a great entrance for light and some windows windows have an amazing view. An excellence place to create great content.

Normally, there isn't any noises in the studio. The AC brings very little sound and there can be a tiny echo, but it is still a great studio to work in.

Elevator, Freight Elevator, Stairs

In the alleyway right next to the entrance for the studio. there is a transport entrance. The code is 1520# Always when someone stays in the car, you can enter heavy equipment in that entrance and entering on the left side you will find a cargo elevator on that side that can bring you to the 8th floor studio 809

It has its own area for makeup and an area with a chair and table to work in but it is in the same studio.

It has a great illumination, it has many outlets open for use, and has additional electric cables and outlet extenders that you can use in your production.

Very important :the time when you leave should be exact now that normally we have a booking after you and we don't want to cause any inconveniences. Please respect the rules. Please loud music because unfortunately the building is very strict with this :No smoking of any kind and no vape. :don't move the big mirror ( the mirror has a cost of $1700+) but you can rearrange everything just remember to put it back where you found it. :We know where everything is in the studio so be careful with everything inside, we don't want to give you any extra fees for any broken items. (now that you will have to pay the current price of the item) :we have a professional ring light, available for you without any cost but if cause it any damage you do need to pay $300+ so be cautious so that this doesn't happen. :No paint of any kind and no body paint that can cause any damage on the furniture. The real brown leather couch . ( these are only the costs for the items in the studio as a reminder that you should follow the rules. :No food, drinks, or dirty shoes on the furniture. :Its not permitted to take photos or videos in the hallways of the building :Very important to respect the limit of people of the booking in the studio, no. extra people. :Maintain the min fridge closed :Before leaving the studio, verify that the studio door is locked :Maintain the cleanses of the walls and floor of the studio Remember to leave the furniture like the way you found it. If you move the furniture and don't leave it in the way like we left it for you, we have a charge now that the studio has to be in perfect conditions like the way we are giving it to vou. Please don't take for granted on the rules of the studio. Now that we don't wasn't to add a extra charge to any of our visitors. Thank you. If you want to bring your pets only small pets are allowed and it has an extra fee of 150$ but it’s very important to know the rules of bringing your pet. If your pet makes any damages to the studio there will be an extra fee. If your pet does pee or poo in the studio there will be an extra fee. If you want to bring your pet do it professionally and keeping the cleanses and carefulness of the studio to not have to pay extra. Remember it’s a photographic studio and we are very careful with our studio is cleaned before and after every booking. we do not want to add any additional payments to any of our visitors, we want that you come many times to any of our studios but please " respect the rules" thank you for coming to Mad City LA Studios

You can remove the furniture always when you lift them up instead of dragging them and that no type of damage occurs, we don't want to give you any extra fees. The biggest mirror is the only that you cannot move from its place. For everything else, feel free to move them.
