Hey! We do our very best to ensure our guests feel safe! We hire professional cleaners in between bookings and disinfect all hard service. The is an outdoor pati and seating to distance . We will, at your request, rearrange the furniture and decor. We provide disinfectant wipes and plenty of hand sanitizer! Any other request are welcome and be accommodated as much as possible! Stay healthy !✨💜

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Cozy, beachy, cool, boho & eclectic small home 2 blocks from Infamous San Clemente pier home in quaint San Clemente. Living room, dining nook, retro kitchen with black & white tile floors, Anthropologie esque bedroom, sweet front outdoor seating area. A designers personal dream home beach cottage. Bohemian with a touch of color and sophistication. Vintage leather sofa and chair. Famed Patrick McCarthy art, plants, seashells & crystals. Lovely natural light! I have an Airbnb in Costa Rica so I like to say my San Clemente home is Boho meets Costa Rica! Any social gatherings scene or a hip young woman’s apartment scenes are ideal for our space, but use your imagination! Very beachy area yet so close to LA. We do our best to honor and special requests! Furniture moved, some decor taken down or added for instance .

Please no smoking in the house. We ask you kindly to put trash and recycling in the bins provided and do your best to clean up before leaving. Catering is allowed. All ages but under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No alcohol allowed after 9:00pm
