This space has a main working area and lounge area as well as three separate workspaces. Whiteboards, TV's for projection and kitchenette with fridge are all included. Bring your whole team or just spread out with a few of them for the day, week or month! Great for break outs or just getting work done.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

This space was excellent and exactly what we needed for our off-site retreat. The kitchen area allowed us to serve breakfast and lunch comfortably. The entire space was spotless and tidy, making it very easy to settle in. We were able to connect quickly to the TV in the main area using a provided HDMI cord. There were also extra extension cords for people to charge laptops while we worked. I love this space and so did everyone on my team. Also, the views are amazing and the space is very well lit. Elevator access with security escort made the day feel extra secure.

This space was great and perfect for our needs. We needed a large space with a few breakout/private office rooms, a kitchen and drinkable water, bathrooms, and plenty of space for people to spread out and feel comfortable working. We had a few hiccups with the bathrooms and the heat (and the elevators, haha), but the building and management were so responsive and friendly. Shout out to Ben for being available for any questions, and especially to Chad and Andre for taking care of our daily needs. Thank you so much!

The space was perfect for our team and allowed for folks to go off and work in groups. The elevators had some issues during the time we were there which was the only complaint. Otherwise, it was a great space for a team meeting.

The space worked great for a team of 12 to have large sessions and also have smaller group working sessions. The only issue while we used the space was the elevator. Otherwise, we look forward to using it again as it's also conveniently located near BART.
