This space has a main working area and lounge area as well as three separate workspaces. Whiteboards, TV's for projection and kitchenette with fridge are all included. Bring your whole team or just spread out with a few of them for the day, week or month! Great for break outs or just getting work done.

The space was large, had good table space, adequate conference rooms, and a nice sized pantry! The elevator situation is a burden - you have to call the security guard ANY TIME you want to leave the space or enter the space so he can call the elevator for you. This was inconvenient for our group of 20 if folks wanted to take a walk, get coffee, etc. at various parts of the day. If we need another space in Oakland, we will rent here again!

The space is very large with great natural light. The only downside is that the room was very cold.

Space was a little hard to find, no heat and then we kept losing power in the afternoon

This space was excellent and exactly what we needed for our off-site retreat. The kitchen area allowed us to serve breakfast and lunch comfortably. The entire space was spotless and tidy, making it very easy to settle in. We were able to connect quickly to the TV in the main area using a provided HDMI cord. There were also extra extension cords for people to charge laptops while we worked. I love this space and so did everyone on my team. Also, the views are amazing and the space is very well lit. Elevator access with security escort made the day feel extra secure.

This space was great and perfect for our needs. We needed a large space with a few breakout/private office rooms, a kitchen and drinkable water, bathrooms, and plenty of space for people to spread out and feel comfortable working. We had a few hiccups with the bathrooms and the heat (and the elevators, haha), but the building and management were so responsive and friendly. Shout out to Ben for being available for any questions, and especially to Chad and Andre for taking care of our daily needs. Thank you so much!
