All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

1 Bedroom Condo in the Heart of Atlanta. Amazing location with nice views in the building. Open layout giving a creative space. Ample space for any equipment setup, and has prime natural light. In the living room there is space for entertaining or work/lounge between the kitchen and living/dining room. Condo can be conveniently used for productions and several other projects. We welcome photo shoots, feature films, music videos, web seminars, cooking shows, commercials, and many more.

Complex is a gated community. There is guest parking on the 1st floor and resident parking on the 2nd-4th floor.

General Rules

Smoking policy: Smoking is NOT permitted in the building. If there is any evidence of smoking, guests will be charged a $250 fee. Parties/events/loud noise: NO loud music, parties, or events. You will be charged $500. Party trespassers will be removed from the premises. Lost/damaged items: Please do not lose or damage anything in the unit. Lost keys/fob $100 per item. Extra cleaning charges may apply for a trashed place and extra fees will apply for broken things. Please leave the property in good condition Parking: Parking is free. You may park in the parking garage. Pet policy: Pets are not allowed. * If you need help with anything please contact us directly. We are happy to help!
