Our space offers 5 bedrooms, a basement, an office, and a newly remodeled kitchen. Come enjoy an eclectic space with a modern finish. Snuggle up together on the leather couch or the blue sofa at this elegant sanctuary with a cool, flowing vibe. Classic hues and glossy hardwood floors form the backdrop for soft shades of soothing vibes. The kitchen is well stocked for 8 and the open floor plan with the family room/TV is an ideal gathering space. The fenced in backyard has ample room to throw a ball and exercise your dog. This house is only a five minute drive to the Twinbrook metro station or you can drive into the city easily. There are many restaurants and specialty food markets in Rockville and the adjacent suburbs.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
