Chic Studio and Work Space with loads of Natural Light!

Located minutes from downtown Chattanooga, our studio space gives you an affordable option with many great amenities including high speed internet, a microwave, mini fridge, silk robes to use during your rental, and so much more! When you walk into our space, you will enter a lobby furnished with a sofa, 2 accent chairs, table, rug and decor and large front office space with big windows to allow for lots of natural light but don’t worry there is a film over the windows to prevent people from seeing in. You are welcome to utilize this space in anyway your creative mind wishes! There is a separate studio room to the left that also has very large windows giving you lots of light! In this room you will find a chic setup with a bed, a beautiful chaise lounge, sheer white curtains, etc. Down the hall is a restroom and we also have a children’s play room that is available to add to your rental. I also have backdrops that can be added as well. Any rentals for 8+ hours will receive a 20% discount. If you are interested in booking the space multiple times a month, we can discuss membership options. - Base rental price $45/hour - Add the children’s room to your booking for $10/hour extra (you will be held responsible for any damages) - Add the backdrop setup and lights for $30 - Add the chocolate fountain for $20 As a super host of another property which held all 5 star reviews, including being rented to ABC News, well known dancers, actresses, and actors, and many other large photographers and companies, I promise to do everything I can to ensure an extraordinary experience here at Studio 504. 💖
