About the Space
Large backyard space perfect for any social gathering of up to 50 people MAX, No exceptions. Great for bday party, baby shower, gender reveals, family reuninion, receptions, meetings. Backyard space includes large grass area, pool & spa, table & chairs under covered patio, conversation area under covered patio, large paved area perfect for additional tables, seating area with fireplace, several fire pits (wood not included), outdoor heaters (for minimal fee). There is also a bar area under the covered patio with seating for six, perfect for serving food & drinks. Use of BBQ included. This is the perfect outdoor space for whatever your event is! Very private with surrounding foliage, well-manicured. Indoor bathroom. No kitchen. Pool & spa cleaned & treated before and after each event. Cleaning fee includes pool maintenance and temp control. Bring your own towels. No lifeguard. Ceiling fans & misters around covered patio for your comfort in the hotter months. No glass including glass containers or beer bottles allowed (for pool protection). Cans and paper/plastic products only. *All inclusive options are available for additional cost if you're not a do-it-your-selfer. This rental is for the outdoor space only with use of indoor bathroom as needed. No gatherings or multiple people allowed inside. This rental does not include indoor space.

This backyard experience was the most perfect thing I could've asked for. Judith and her husband were amazing hosts and she was so responsive, I'd get a response back in less than 24 hours which helped so much and kept my anxiety at bay. They even let us come view the space before booking it which I think is an incredibly nice thing to do. I hosted my first ever gender reveal here, the space was perfect for the 50 people that I had, I even got a surprise proposal, needless to say, the day was beautiful. Everything from the space to the hosts were perfect and I could not ask for a better outcome. Thank you so much Judy for letting us have the best time and letting us create our forever memories in your backyard!

We had such a great time using Judith’s space. We had a cancellation at our original venue and had to rebook the day before. Judith was able to accommodate our party on short notice and we had a great experience. The space was beautiful and everything we hoped for! So much space and grass for the family to run, the pool, and fire features were perfect. Highly highly recommend!!
