About the Space
Welcome to Slate Estate! Enjoy the bustle of DC in the Anacostia neighborhood. It's the only neighborhood in the USA with its own Smithsonian. We are ecstatic to host your group for a girls night, bridal shower, work event, or in the basement for a movie night. This is a 2 story, 5 bedroom, 4 bath house with a basement. The house is setup for entertainment with arcade and board games, fire pit with more sticks, piano/keyboard, karaoke mics, mini gym, heaters on the front porch, and elegant marble dining table for 6. There is secured parking for two vehicles in the back of the house. This house comes with a fully stocked kitchen with seasonings, pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses, silverware, coffee maker, popcorn machine, and air fryer. The plates and utensils are enough for 12 people. We look forward to hosting you for your next event!

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
