There are windows that allow for an abundance of natural light. Each window has a blind to control the amount you wish to allow in. Natural light is pretty even as long as the sun is out.

The location is pretty busy as it is located in a quaint but frequented village with shops and eateries. There is no sound proofing.

Stairs

There is space for loading/ a loading zone but the space is only accessed by 10 small stairs as it is an upper unit.

THE RATE OF 45.00 IS FOR A MAX. OF 4 PEOPLE. If you wish to have more than that, the rate changes depending on the amount of people in your group. WE HAVE CAMERAS. If at any point more than 4 of the original people enter the property, you will be charged a 250.00 fine. *All booking start and end times are inclusive of setup and teardown time, so please include that in your reservation. Rental time ends when the last person in your group walks out of the studio and starts when your booking time is scheduled. DO NOT LOITER AROUND BUILDING PRIOR TO BOOKING TIME or after. *No sexually explicit projects including PORNOGRAPHY. Please be up front with what you're looking to do, and i'll be happy to work with you to make your project a success! *You can change the interior as long as you return everything to where it was when you clean up. *No use of the common areas of the building for storage/setup. *This is not a soundproof space, and when using the facility there is a possibility of noise/distraction like music or speech. Please be considerate of our neighbors. Music and noise must be kept to a minimum. *Cleaning: you will be responsible to return everything to where it was. I ask that you also turn off all the lights when you leave. *DAMAGE -- Accidents happen, but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their use. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Client/Renter must never leave the space unlocked and unattended. Client is responsible for all equipment, facilities, amenities, and the apartment itself during their stay. Client is responsible for closure and security of the apartment at the end of their session if unaccompanied by a representative from the space. *No ALCOHOLIC beverages or DRUGS allowed inside the space (unless approved). Breaking this rule in any way will result in immediate expulsion and a $250 fine. *No Smoking inside the apartment. Breaking this rule in any way will result in immediate expulsion and a $250 fine. *No one who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances will be admitted in the property. *No pets allowed. *Clients/Renters have full rights to use of photos, film, and other media from their session or shoot, unless otherwise specified. DISCLOSURE: We have cameras. If at any point you break the rules, you are subject to a $250.00 fine.
