About the Space
Guest has access to a private one bedroom apartment with queen size bed , full bathroom, living room with pull- out queen size bed, dining area and kitchen. In addition, to a private driveway and porch with fenced in backyard. Stainless Steel Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, toaster, Keurig Coffee Maker, indoor electric fireplace. 2 Flat Screen TV's with access to 200+ Cable Channels. The space would be best suited for photo shoots, film production, commercials and or meetings.

There is a driveway to park one vehicle and another space on the street in front of the property to park a second vehicle. There's free street parking without restrictions and also metered street parking on the main road.

The space thoroughly cleaned and disinfected daily. Professional cleaners deep clean and sanitize the apartment after ever 'guest use"!
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
