COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have a professional team on staff to clean before and after each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space
One-bedroom "Instagram ready" apartment with a canopy king bed, a living room with a floral backdrop, and wallpaper. Great for podcasters and content creators. The long walkway has enough space for tables and chairs to host catered intimate brunches or dinners. The apartment can also be reconfigured to your liking (with some exceptions). A wide-open concept design with several locations great for photos.

Free street parking is available on the street and surrounding blocks.
General Rules
No smoking is permitted inside the apartment. Please have guests smoke in the backyard only.
1. Please do not have any crowds in front of the house (this will disturb neighbors).
2. All guests must leave by 10 pm.
3. All events must end at 10 pm.
4. Please do not hang anything on the walls that will mess up the paint. Nothing can be hung on the floral backdrop or wallpaper walls.
5. No loud music after 9:30 pm.
6 Please put furniture back in the same place it was found.
7. Please sweep and take all trash out and place it in the bin on the right side of the house (bins have 84 labeled on them).
8. If anything is damaged, please report it immediately. We'll always work on finding the most affordable repair option for you. If damages are not reported, there will be additional fees associated on top of the repair fees.
All rules are expected to be followed with no exceptions. If any rule is broken, there will be a convenience charge along with fines up to $500 or the total cost of anything damaged
