Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

After every booking, we complete a deep cleaning to help keep everyone safe & protected.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This space is perfect for photo shoots, business meetings, creators meetings, & small intimate events (12-14 people). Our space is not your average healing space. You’ll be surrounded by healing crystals, healing plants & a love energy exchange. The aesthetics is so beautiful.

Street parking can be full but there is a parking lot across the street for attendees to park.

Equipment loading description

There is a loading zone. You can load by opening the garage overheads to unload your items. You also can park one car into the garage. But we recommend everyone to park in the free public parking lot located across the street from the property.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The garage space that is located downstairs from the loft. The front yard of the residential home is off limits as well. We do not want our address listed for the public. The backyard can be used & filmed.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

Electrical system description

The circuit breaker is located downstairs part of the loft (the garage).

General Rules

No smoking tobacco in the building. Outside catering is allowed. Responsible drinking is allowed. No more than 14 people allowed in the space. Mask are recommended. No one should enter if they’re coughing, sneezing, has a runny nose or sore throat. Please stay home if you have any sick symptoms. Cleaning supplies will be present. Hand sanitizer will be accessible. The outdoor (back yard) space is open for those who smoke tobacco. The restroom is not located in the healing loft. There is a restroom the guest may use during their rental. The owner will show you how to access the restroom.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is required

you will be required to complete a waiver once before you enter the space. We will not be held responsible for any injury you cause to yourself. We recommend you take a business insurance if you are a production company.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

The furniture can not be removed from out of the space, you may move things around as long as you put it back in it’s original place. Take a video or picture before moving.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

A security camera is located outside & the lower level of the event space loft. No camera is located in the loft space.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
