About the Space
This space is perfect for photo shoots, business meetings, creators meetings, & small intimate events (12-14 people). Our space is not your average healing space. You’ll be surrounded by healing crystals, healing plants & a love energy exchange. The aesthetics is so beautiful.

Parking description
Street parking can be full but there is a parking lot across the street for attendees to park.
General Rules
No smoking tobacco in the building.
Outside catering is allowed.
Responsible drinking is allowed.
No more than 14 people allowed in the space.
Mask are recommended.
No one should enter if they’re coughing, sneezing, has a runny nose or sore throat. Please stay home if you have any sick symptoms.
Cleaning supplies will be present. Hand sanitizer will be accessible. The outdoor (back yard) space is open for those who smoke tobacco.
The restroom is located in not located in the healing loft. There is a restroom the guest may use during their rental. The owner will show you how to access the restroom.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
A security camera is located outside & the lower level of the event space loft. No camera is located in the loft space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
After every booking, we complete a deep cleaning to help keep everyone safe & protected.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
