The open layout of our brick loft studio has a minimalistic set up to allow for various uses for photo and video projects alike! Feel free to move furniture and make the space perfect for your needs. **NUDITY? IMPLIED NUDITY IS ALLOWED** Plus, we have the most amazing views of the city that can be enjoyed from our private deck! Feel free to use this space to create amazing pictures and video! Gorgeous natural light floods the studio via large windows on three sides. SPACE FEATURES: High-Ceilings with Wood Beams Exposed brick Natural light 12x12 Hanging Back Drop Wall Chairs, Plants, Couch Godox Studio Lights Natural Wood Floors Portable Backdrops C-Stand Tripods Light stands Plants Can be used for bridal showers, elopements, baby showers, and other small intimate events. No large parties please. ***Please be ok with the quirks of a 100 year old building with no elevator, walk up stairs only*** 2 hour minimum however a 1 hour slot is allowed but rate changes to $100.00hr This listing price is for photography use only. Events range $125-$200 hourly depending on the type of event and comes with a $150 cleaning fee for after the event. ANY SORT OF FILM OR BIG PRODUCTION IS A SET DAILY RATE OF $2000.00 or $250HR depending on how many hours requested, and comes with a $150 cleaning fee for after the production.

- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
