- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The open layout of our brick loft studio has a minimalistic set up to allow for various uses for photo and video projects alike! Feel free to move furniture and make the space perfect for your needs. Plus, we have the most amazing views of the city that can be enjoyed from our private deck! Feel free to use this space to create amazing pictures and video! Gorgeous natural light floods the studio via large windows on three sides. SPACE FEATURES: High-Ceilings with Wood Beams Exposed brick Natural light 12x12 Hanging Back Drop Wall Chairs, Plants, Couch Godox Studio Lights Natural Wood Floors Portable Backdrops C-Stand Tripods Light stands Plants **NUDITY/IMPLIED NUDITY IS ALLOWED** Site will not allow me to update the change. **UPDATED COVID-19 RULES, PLEASE READ!!** Social distancing and masks are encouraged, but not mandatory while in the space. No one with fever, cough, or other related symptoms will be allowed to enter the building! *Building is cleaned and sanitized daily. Please email me with any questions. ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location. VIDEO PRODUCTIONS: There are tenants below. The windows are NOT soundproof. Street noise is faint, but can be heard during rush hours. Please book with the understanding that you may experience background noise. I used the space for my businesses anniversary party and my guest loved the space. The patio is just the bonus compared to the beautiful venue it self and so spacious!
