- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.

- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Welcome to our amazing new space in the heart of Pioneer Square! The open layout of our brick loft studio has a minimalistic set up to allow for various uses for photo and video projects alike! Plus, we have the most amazing views of the city that can be enjoyed from our private deck! Feel free to use this space to create! **UPDATED COVID-19 RULES, PLEASE READ!!** No more than 12 people allowed in space with exceptions made for immediate family) Any guest not actively being filmed/photographed must wear a mask. Social distancing is enforced while in the space. No one with fever, cough, or other related symptoms will enter the building! *Building is cleaned and sanitized daily. Please email me with questions. Gorgeous natural light studio located in the heart of pioneer square! This spacious "loft" has north and west facing windows which flood the main studio with light all year round! SPACE FEATURES: High-Ceilings with Wood Beams Exposed brick Natural light 12x12 Hanging Back Drop Wall Chairs, Plants, Couch Godox Studio Lights Natural Wood Floors Portable Backdrops ATTENTION: Please be aware that your set up and clean up MUST be done within your booking period. As soon as your booking period ends we may have a booking starting right after. Please be considerate and leave on time. Before you leave it is your responsibility to make sure that all furniture is placed in its original location. Please note, this is an old building. It is also a shared building space. The studio is located on the 2nd floor, this is a walk up unit. Freight elevator can only be accessed from inside the building on the 2nd floor. VIDEO PRODUCTIONS: There are tenants below. The windows are NOT soundproof. Street noise can be heard. Please book with the understanding that you may experience background noise. LOCATION: The studio is located in Pioneer Square on 1st Ave S. This studio is Gorgeous! Owners are kind and understanding when Seattle traffic slows you down- they waited for us patiently. Location was perfect. Natural light perfect even on a rainy day. Thank you so much for the hospitality!

Brandon was an amazing host and very accommodating. The space was clean and organized when we arrived and he was available to answer any and all question I had before my event date as well as any that morning. I used the space for my businesses anniversary party and my guest loved the space. The patio is just the bonus compared to the beautiful venue it self and so spacious! Many of my guest were interested in using the space for themselves. 10 star experience.
