Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We clean between each shoot so that you can relax and focus on the shoot. We also wipe down our equipment at the end of each day.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

The space has the following features:

Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
Space has HEPA-certified air filters
Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

About the Space

Product photo-shoots and video adverts work well at our Chelmsford photography studio. We can adjust the space to meet your requirements and have a variety of props available. We have chairs, lights and plants amongst more. NEW LIGHTING COMING END OF March 22. Sony ZV-E10 soon available for use during shoots. At our space, you will have access to toilets, a kitchen, shared lobby and free coffee and tea. Our marketing team will be on hand should you need any assistance. Our head of visuals, Liam is able to supply photography equipment and take photos if required. Security cameras and recording devices

Each office in the building is individually secure with access control and key lock. Main doors are access controlled, with full CCTV encapsulating the car park and communal areas of the building.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
