About the Space

Located in Altamonte Springs, our spaces offers a wide range of set design and styling for creatives to use from personal to commercial use. As a photographer herself, your host uses this space daily for her own photography business and has intentionally designed it to meet all photo and video needs. The Studio includes a wide range of backdrops available for use, perfect for personal portraits or clean commercial imagery. The Living area brings in a minimalist and modern touch, filled with natural light from all angles. There are light filtering

WE JUST SAY NO TO..... Smoke machines | Smoking | Candles | Sparklers | Paint No open flames are not allowed in studio space. Music is allowed, we have an iHome that is available for us. Music must not be loud or disruptive. Pets are not allowed; we think they are cute but unfortunately, unless they are certified service animals they are not permitted in the space. Please let us know if a service animal will be present. No nudity- All content must include NO nudity, be PG-13, and be tasteful. We understand that boudoir photographer will rent the space and that is acceptable during studio time. We do request that you close the lightweight curtains during your session. No adult content of any kind can be filmed or photographed on property. Maximum of 6 people at each rental (including photographer). Security cameras and recording devices are on-premises but will not record your clients. These have been installed for security purposes for you, your clients and the space. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
