The entire residence goes through a rigorous cleaning and sanitation process between each utilization. A thorough and exhaustive checklist is completed by a professional cleaning crew to ensure consistency. Gloves, masks or additional Personal Protective Equipment can be provided upon request.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Enormous kitchen perfect for a cooking show, over-sized living room with grand piano, large dining table and spacious backyard with in-ground heated pool & in-ground hot tub. Living room, dining room & backyard seats 12 adults.

Private driveway holds about 5 sedans/4 large vehicles, street parking holds 2 sedans/large vehicles. Additional parking less than ½ block away.

General Rules

*No smoking inside, smoking outside allowed. *Services we can connect you with: catering, chef prepared meals, cooking classes, yoga class, and pianist - ask if you need something specific. *Backyard: no glass, no diving, use at your own risk. *Parking: 4-5 only in driveway or 2 spots in front, all additional parking nearby. *No loud gatherings.
