The incredible location is surrounded by shops and restaurants as well as a Safeway, with many parking options. This open and multifunctional space includes several lighting options, a heating and cooling unit, storage and access to the rooftop of the building. The wooden floors are easy to clean and several outlets allow for power sources. The room can be used as a studio as well as an office of almost any kind, but is particularly suited for wellness services, such as massage therapy or private teaching. The room comes with a shared reception area (300 square feet) and bathroom that you will have access to within a clean and well maintained yoga studio. With exception to an early morning and lunchtime class, you will likely have the entire floor to yourself during business hours and a door can be equipped with a new lock for privacy.
