About the Space

Newly constructed townhome 3 stories high with a wide-open spacious first floor Very modern style The first floor and roof deck are great for photoshoots and video. Also, the kitchen is great for taping it's quite spacious as well. There is a total of 4 bedrooms with plenty of great lighting in the front-facing beds and a huge bathroom on the 3rd floor. PERKS There is a full roof deck with city views perfect for shooting

Lighting description

- Most light from 9am-4pm. The living room is brightest during the morning and early afternoon hours. -You can control it with the blinds but please keep in mind that they are not blackout blinds.

Space is not soundproof

Very quiet space. You can hear neighbors outside once in a while. The Street isn't that busy

General Rules

- No smoking and no noise after 9 pm. - No adult filming - Pets need to be cleared with us before booking and there is an additional fee. - You're welcome to move any furniture or decor, but please move it back at the end of your shoot. - No shoes unless is the model. Booties are welcome. - Outside catering is allowed for gatherings of 15 people or less; guests responsible for leaving space as they found it The host allows a 15 minute grace period before and after to load and unload. Overtime is billed at a rate of 1.5x. If you think you may need additional time, please notify me via text so that I can ensure the space is available.

Cleaned by professional cleaning crew and sanitized for clean and safe enviorment

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Yes, I would book again.

The space was as listed but could have been cleaner. We were hoping to use the outside space for our event but it was not tidy and both bathrooms were dirty. Overall it worked well.
