Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This is Studio A, which has endless possibilities. The pool table, LED lights, and lounge area is great for video production, meetings, small fun events. Music, TV's, and Tethered shooting. We have a front. gate that can close to provide added security and privacy upon request. Parking description

Very unique space with a fun and exciting vibe, created with the photographer and videographer in mind. We have 4 very distinct studios within the building. Each set provides a monitor for tethered shooting, music, or visuals. We are very customer service driven, in that the price you pay is what you pay. No additional fees are added by surprise. This is studio A located downstairs in our 7,000 Square foot, secure and private building. Studio A consists of a 1000 square foot shooting space, which included standard seem-less paper, lots of modifiers, light stands. The studio also includes our center piece, a gorgeous center piece, the pink pool table. We have several TVs some designed for tethered shooting, music and visuals. When the lights go off we have full LED set up for great color and lighting. This space is great for photoshoot, music videos, meetings, baby showers ,meet and greet with important clients. Host remain on site , out of the way unless you need us.

Security cameras and recording devices
